Customer Terms & Conditions – No Cost EMI Offer

• EMI tenure: 6 months

• Monthly EMI: ₹[EMI Amount]

• No extra interest, if EMIs are paid on time.

• EMI is a mode of payment, not a price discount.

• No Cost EMI is applicable only on the development cost, not on hosting, maintenance, or any other additional charges.

• EMIs due on the 1st of every month.

• Payment methods accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheques.

• If the EMI payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a penalty of ₹1000 + 18% will be applicable.

• After 2 missed payments, services will be suspended.

• Domain, Server, SSL cannot cancel once booked.

• Once the project is started, cancellation is not permitted.

• If cancelled before project start, a 20% cancellation fee applies apart from Domain, Server and SSL.

• No refunds once software/website/mobile app is delivered and deployed.

• 18% GST is applicable on all invoice amounts.

• All disputes shall be subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
